Bootcamp classes with Sinead Griffin, PT, have started back at Tarbert Community Centre. Every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm. Classes are suited to all levels and ages. A one hour workout including body-weight exercises, cardiovascular drills, targeting core exercises and fat burning/muscle building techniques using a variety of equipment such as power bags, kettlebells, dumbbells and more.
Dedicate the next few weeks to:
- trying new things
- going outside of your comfort zones
- testing yourself & finding what works and what doesn’t.
